Bible Verse

Mom and Dad decided it was time for me to start memorizing the Bible.

Daddy is the only one allowed to help me with the verse.

Mom and Dad like how I rewrite some of it, like walk humbly with your guy. =)

Memorial Day festivities

Our neighbor Ada and her Mommy and Daddy came over for dinner tonight. Ada had to go home to eat. So I decided to grab my chair, haul it over and up the steps, and peek inside to watch.

Mom and Dad thought I was pretty clever to come up with this plan all by myself!!

I love the sandbox!!

It's fun to play in the sand!

Mom wouldn't let me lay down in it though...

so instead I tried a mouthful of it- not as good as I thought it would be...

Fun Day!

"I'm is a elephant" is what I told Mom today when I put my hat on like this.

Daddy took me and Mommy on a little walk by the Minnehaha Falls.

I showed Mommy where we were on the map.

After such an eventful morning I took a nap...in the rocking chair.

New Sandbox!

Ben and Janielle gave me this really cool sandbox filled with sand and sand toys.

I love playing in it!

They even gave us some extra sand.

The water on the lid is pretty neat!

Puddle Jumpin'

The weather is still nice out, so we get to go for a walk!!

I've got my baby, baby changing stuff and my purse...I'm ready!

Mom and Dad let me splash in the puddles!

It was sooo much fun!

Como Zoo

I really liked seeing the Polar Bear, but he only stayed outside for a minute...

I'm not sure why this monkey is so scared. This isn't like my car at home...we aren't even able to crash into anything!

Stickers!

Mom painted my nails today and put sparkly nail polish on, but I took the sparkles off because I wanted the fancy stickers instead. When Mom said she wasn't going to put stickers on, I found some of my own and put them on by myself.

Then I decorated the scrapbook Mom made of my first year!

Rock Star!

practicing to be a big sister

I got my baby in her chair and scooted up next to her so we could share a snack.

I got her some goldfish all by myself!! Mom had to help me put the bag back in the box.

I couldn't figure out how to get it back in there!

Finally a warm day!!

Today was the first really nice day we've had in a while. I still felt like I should wear a sweatshirt and rainboots just in case. I was so excited to go to the park, play outside and ride my bike all before lunch and naptime!

Today during naptime I told Mom I didn't want to wear my shorts. Mom said that was fine and set them on the footstool for the rocking chair. I was sneaky and took my diaper off and stashed it with my shorts under a balloon in my bed while I napped. Mom thought it was pretty funny and was super thankful I didn't wet the bed!

Yay for being outside all day!!!!

Daddy's Game

Today I insisted on wearing underwear. Daddy had a meeting to go to at church and I really didn't want him to leave. Mom and I went over to church to wait with Dad while the other people arrived. I peed my pants and got cold, but didn't want to leave Daddy. Mom carried me home screaming and took off my wet pants. I refused to let her put anything on my lower half. I put my rainboots on myself and then took out Daddy's game and scattered it everywhere!!!!

I love to stop and smell the flowers!

I like these the best because they are purple-my favorite color!

Dad and I got to make a flower pot holder together and I got a cool apron...with POCKETS!!
