Stroller

Today was my first ride in the stroller without the car seat.  It was strange to sit in the stroller and not be able to see Mom and Dad.  I really love being able to see everything as we go for walks.  Mommy was worried that I was still too small to ride this way, but she forgets how fast I've grown and I'm already six months old!  I really enjoy going for walks.  Mom and Dad started Geocaching so we go for a ton more walks now!  Yay!

Minnehaha Falls

Today we went to the Minnehaha Falls with Grandma.  Mom and Dad put sunscreen on me so I wouldn't sunburn.  Then they decided to style my hair into this sweet mohawk!  It was so cool!  We drove there and were lucky to have found a spot to park.  I got to ride in the stroller.  There wasn't as much to see as there was at the zoo, but it was still fun.  

Mommy and I took a picture together with our cool sunglasses.  Mommy was surprised at how much water there was at the waterfall since most of the creek is looking pretty dried out.  

Grandma took a picture of all of us together.  It was a fun day!

6 Months

This has been quite an eventful week!  I found my foot and it's pretty much the most amazing thing ever.  It's like a built in toy - I can't lose it, can't drop it on the floor and I don't have to wait for Mom to hand it to me - what could be better.  

This week I also got to meet Mommy's Grandparents.  I met Great-Grandpa Cork first.  He was in the hospital.  He was very excited to meet me.  When Great-Grandma Peaches got there I was trying to take a nap. Mom was ready for a nap too - having just had her extra tooth removed.  I'm still working on getting my teeth and Mom's getting rid of hers...strange!   Great-Grandma had eye surgery close to our house.  We got to visit a lot.  It was really fun!!

Not too long after that my grandma came to visit me.  I hadn't seen her since Christmas!  I'm much bigger now than I was then.  We did all kinds of fun things together.  We played with my toys, I made funny faces, we went to the Sculpture Garden, we went to the MOA, and lots of other things as well.  It was fun to have Grandma come and visit!  I can't wait to see her again! 

I hate green beans!

Sweet potatoes, carrots, peas... anything but green beans!

Just another day...

So, I figured out how to sit on my own and I don't need the pillow around me anymore!  Now why do I not get to play with any toys?

Each time I eat I hold on tight...just in case the chair takes off!!

Mark and me if this was how I put her in there...nope ~ somehow she has discovered how to turn her body around in circles without turning over.  

We usually put her in with her head at the other end. =)

Sunglasses

I got some new sunglasses today.  They look more like swim goggles than sunglasses...and Mom left the sticker on...

These are my fashion sunglasses.  

Daddy made fun of Mommy for getting these, but agreed that the looked better than the swim goggle sunglasses I was given.
