Big girl!

Emberly has decided that she is big enough to sit at the table for dinner now. So for tonight we let her. She thought it was the coolest thing ever to sit in the big chair at the table. We think she's getting too big too fast!

I can do it!

I have been working so hard at climbing and today it all paid off.

I can climb into Daddy's reading chair all by myself!!!

Mommy's New Toy??

Mommy got an ipod touch for Valentine's Day. She can't take it out while I'm awake or I take it away from her. I'm pretty sure it was meant for me. I love to push the button at the bottom and pretend like its Daddy's iphone.

Just some pictures from the day-Mark was out of town for a few days so it was just Emberly and Mommy.

Snow Fort

It was a wonderfully 'warm' day out, so I asked Mark to come play in the snow with me. We spent most of Emberly's nap outside building in the snow. I made a snowman-which looked more like a lion while Mark started on our snow fort. I came and helped when my snow lion was complete. The angle of the pictures makes it appear as though the fort is not really in our yard, but more than half of the fort is. We extended it into the neighbor's yard as well for a couple reasons. First, it wouldn't have been near as cool. Second, we have been shoveling for them when we can and this is our service fee.

The fort is just under 5 feet tall. It's pretty much the most amazing thing on the block. We even got to use it when Phil - a youth leader- showed up to church during the building phase. It is a great fort.

Next winter the plan is to build two forts. One on each side of the sidewalk to the house so we can have snowball fights.

New Suit

I got a new swimsuit today! Now I can go to the Y with Daddy and go swimming!!!
