Great Grandma (Lulu) and Great Grandpa (Papa) came down for Lulu's eye surgery. We were very excited to be able to stop by, say hi and have dinner with them. Emberly loves to have her picture taken =)

Homeward Bound

Vacation Day 11- Fort

We visited the fort, which was never taken!

It was really hot today...we aren't sure how the soldiers didn't die from heat in those crazy suits!!

After a long day of 'tourist-y' sightseeing, Emberly likes to unwind with some yoga =)

She likes to take the mat out and lay on it =)

Today we went to the fountain of youth.

We had Emberly pounding the water....in hopes that she will stay young forever =)

not really much of a fountain....more of a trickling stream.

The peacocks were pretty.

Apparently the beach wore her out =) I like that she insisted on sleeping with all of her babies, but mo mo (her monkey) is trapped between her legs!

We decided that we should hit up the beach right away

The water isn't as pretty as Pensacola, but it's still the ocean!

Emberly LOVED playing in the sand.

She wasn't a big fan of the big waves, but liked to splash around.

Emberly LOVED this car! She would get in and call for Daddy to come push her around!

Apparently while having your diaper changed, it is necessary to hold as many babies as possible.

We went out to eat our last dinner with Scott.

Emberly drank an entire packet of lemon juice and wanted more!

Emberly finally made friends with Dolby.

And now wants him to take his toy.

We also painted our nails today

Emberly wanted pink and green fingernails...

and toes to match Mommy!

We made it to Pensacola!

Our friend Scott offered to take us to get dinner and go to the beach.

I said sure, but can I drive?

It's hard to see, but the playground was a big hit...even though it was meant for bigger kids =)

Vacation day 2

We drove all day yesterday. Last night I was a party animal. When we got to the hotel some time around midnight, I was ready to party! I walked in the room and turned on the tv. Mom and Dad made me sleep in my pack-n-play next to the bed. I thought since they were in the room that meant it was time to play =)

There was a super cool tunnel that we drove through in Alabama.
