Hollidazzle!

Tonight is another special occasion so I thought I'd fancy things up a bit with more new clothes from Papa and Connie...and some sparkly shoes from Mommy's discussion group girls.

The parade was really fun to watch. I thought everything was a 'choo choo'.

The most exciting part of the whole parade was when the buses would drive underneath us.

I would get so excited and scream BUS every time!

Then we walked through the 8th floor of Macy's and our friend took this really great picture of us.

Emberly turns 2!

Today is my actual birthday. I was so excited about the dress Papa and Connie gave me I wanted to wear it today.

I also enjoy this new Elmo toy!

I can't believe that after not napping Mom and Dad took me out to ride some rides!

I got to ride the pink puppy!!! And we saw our friend Kimisha!

Daddy rode the Big Rigs with me. I didn't think either of these rides were very exciting.

Mommy rode the roller coaster with me. All the other kids sounded like they were having a great time...I thought it was a little boring even sitting in the front seat. I really wanted to ride the big roller coaster or the super tall ride that raises you up to the ceiling and drops you down-now those looked like fun!

Birthday Party Day!

Today is the day of my birthday party, so Mom measured me to see how much I've grown over the past year. Wow! I'm so tall!!

I'm still working on getting just the right angle, but

I think I'm pretty good at this photography thing.

I loved opening all the presents!!

But really the best part was the cupcakes Mom made!!

They were soooo yummy!

Mom made Abby Caddabby, Zoe and Elmo cupcakes.

I even got to eat 2 of them!!!

(then because of a sugar overload I threw up right before bed and got to take a bath)

Braids

I sat still long enough for Mommy to french braid pigtails into my hair.

I just love having my hair done!

My grandma Sandi gave me this really cool castle for my birthday!

I love to hid in it!

Stickers!!

I got these great stickers and was super excited to wear them!

Busy Day

I really like to help sweep the floor...everything goes under the fridge for easy clean up!

After sweeping, Mom let me finger paint!!!

I love to paint!

Sometimes I get a little messy.

But I always make beautiful pictures!

(and I get to take a bath after-YAY!!)

Daddy's Gone for the Weekend!

Mom and I got to hang out for the weekend while Dad went to Chicago.

I had fun with the washcloths and this neat pillow.

I also got into my drawer where Mom stores the vaseline. While she was cooking dinner I brought it and some hair things out into the kitchen. I popped the lid off the vaseline and put some on. I'm still not sure why Mom was laughing so much.
